A pleasure being back at Accountex yesterday.
After a couple of years of disruption, being at the ExCeL London to research, grow, collaborate, catch up with suppliers, colleagues and fellow members in practice, was a real tonic.
Not just a place where I go to browse for a new calculator, as some people have suggested.
Motivating words from James Nathan, standing room only for Daniel Plowright's talk on client relationships, Will Farnell and his team continuing to drive innovation, and great to catch James Ashford's talk at the Sage theatre, a guy commendably focussed on shared accomplishment.
Got the opportunity to meet my new account manager Troy Maclachlan at FreeAgent in person, and put plans in place for the future.

And finally, a special mention for Joshua Powell, Alex Thomas and all the guys at BTCSoftware who I’ve worked with since the inception of the Practice.
